Refund policy

Please note changes to the return policy effective 2/25/2022.  Please read the entire policy. 

Aurora B Boutique will not supply Return Labels.  

All return postage must be paid by customer. 

Returns are for Store Credit only and will be issued in the form of an Aurora B E-gift card.

Aurora B Boutique will process return requests from within the United States in 14 days of the delivery date for unworn, unwashed items in brand new condition with labels and tags still attached.  NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Any damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving the merchandise or the item will be considered final sale and cannot be returned. 

If any items received back at our warehouse are damaged, have an odor, not in brand new condition, or do not have the tags still attached, the return will be refused and no refund will be made. An invoice will be sent to you with the shipping cost of the items to be returned to you. All items will be held at our warehouse until the shipping invoice is paid in full. 

All returns must be initiated by contacting Leticia Becerra at aurorabboutique@gmail.com.  If your return is approved you will receive an email containing instructions on returning the product(s).

All returns must be received back at our warehouse within 7 days after a return request has been approved. Please follow all instructions in the approval email or your return may be delayed or rejected.

Not all items are eligible for return and are considered final sale.  Final Sale items include the following:

FINAL SALE ITEMS

--Gift Cards

--All items under the Accessories tab

--Intimates and sleep

--Doorbusters/daily deals/clearance

--BOGO sales

--Items marked down from the original cost

--The use of any discount code over 30%

--Any item marked Final Sale

—Items purchased outside of the 30 day range.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received back at our warehouse please allow 5-10 business days to process the return. Again, if any items received back at our warehouse are damaged, have an odor, not in brand new condition, or do not have the tags still attached, the return will be refused and no refund will be made. An invoice will be sent to you through email with the shipping cost of the items to be returned to you. All items will be held at our warehouse until the shipping invoice is paid in full. 

All refunds will be in the form of a Aurora B Boutique E-Gift card sent to the e-mail address used to place the original order.

Shipping costs are not refundable.
